Tame the Mind | Anxiety & Sleep Herbal Extract; 2oz

Ingredients:
3:1:1 blend of sustainable vegetable glycerin, distilled water, hops, california poppy, hawthorn berry, valerian root, catnip, licorice root.

Suggested therapeutic anxiety/stress use:
Shake well before use. Consume 1-2ml under tongue for 30 seconds up to 3x per day. May add to beverage of choice. 

Suggested medicinal use for sleep:

Shake well before use. Consume 1tsp under the tongue for 60 seconds 30min before bed to induce calm. May add to beverage of choice. 

Description:
This extract blend is made with hops - the herb they use to make beer! It won’t make you drunk, we assure you haha, but if you understand how alcohol works, you can understand the benefits of this extract. Alcohol ends up disrupting sleep. But hops provides that initial calm to the beer. 

If you’re having trouble with sleep, skip the booze and go for this instead!

This extract also uses valerian root which is traditionally known to calm anxiety and induce peaceful sleep. It is a much better alternative to synthetically made melatonin.

Contraindicated with sleep and anxiety medications. Check with your doctor prior to using.
